* nix/libutil/util.cc (closeMostFDs) [HAVE_CLOSE_RANGE]: Use
‘close_range’ when ‘exceptions’ is empty.
* config-daemon.ac: Check for <linux/close_range.h> and the
‘close_range’ symbol.
