Weird.  Always worked here.  Does M-x igc-snapshot work?  Or M-x
igc--roots-snapshot ? (Note: double dash for the latter).

(igc.el uses display-buffer, not switch-to-buffer.  Maybe we should
change that if it causes problems?)
