Updated to ghostty 1.1.2:

Major difference is building zig-gobject from source and generating the
bindings as part of that package rather than downloading the github
release tarball (which would have been much easier but much less
educational).

Most people would still be better off using the saayix channel rather
than anything here though.  :-)
