I support.

I think we’re likely to encounter some rough edges that require tweaks, but this is a good starting point, and I’d rather have the structure than not.

We’re likely going to need tooling to support this, as I don’t think there’s anything to count up votes at the moment, and someone’s vote may change over the course of the discussion and deliberation phases.
