the README file says

To convert a W3C XML Schema to an RNC schema, you need first to
convert it to RELAX NG XML syntax using Sun's RELAX NG converter tool
rngconv (built on top of MSV). See

 https://msv.dev.java.net/

Recent traffic indicates that site is dying?

We're told

MSV has moved to github, see: https://github.com/kohsuke/msv.
The idea was to make it easier to handle contributions, esp. given
infrastructure issues with java.net.

Would you update the README please?

regards
