The 'if' tests for arg != FRAME_CONFIG_SCROLL_BAR_WIDTH(f). That is, if arg is equal to current width, the 'else' path is taken, which resets to default. I suppose this should test for arg != "DEFAULT_WIDTH", but I don't know where to find that. Maybe you could not reproduce it because your scrollbars are on the default size? Unfortunately I do not have the means = to build Emacs myself. I tried however the version=3D'31.327.20241203.460f86c= ' from https://github.com/kiennq/emacs-bu= ild/actions/runs/12136455311/job/33839381527 which to my understanding = contains this commit. Using this build I have no longer issues with broaden= ing scroll bars.
