`recompile' not autoloaded

Subject says all, it would be good if `recompile' would be auto loaded
because:
1. With prefix arg it pretty much is `compile'
2. It would mean users only have bind one key to recompile instead of
   2 for compile and recompile, while getting same functionallity.
