Currently, :ignored-files of haskell-mode contains "test".  However,
there is no such directory or file[1].  Instead, there is a directory
named tests.  Presumably, it is a typo.

You are right, I have updated this and now the tarballs don't include
the "tests/" directory.  Thanks for the hint!
