I propose we rename current 'linux-libre-headers' to
'linux-libre-headers/pinned', making 'linux-libre-headers' track latest
from there.

Then, we'd bump linux-libre-headers/pinned to latest in a
world-rebuilding branch.

Does that sound like a plan?
