Hi, I'm not a rust user, but a nixos user.

Actually there is no format-buffer in rust-ts-mode, it is available in
=rust-mode=
Also some *-ts-mode depend on *-mode for extended functionality.


you can install rust-mode or try =emacs-reformatter=
package from purcell, its easy to define any formatter tool by this package.
