Hi Emacs,

Rencently I tried to use yank-media for pasting image from clipboad in
org-mode, It works as expected on Linux system, but it doesn't works on
Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Does it mean that it doesn't support Windows platform?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Emacs with `emacs -Q`
2. C-x C-f ~/test.org to open a file in org-mode
3. Copy any image in clipboard
4. M-x yank-media on the test.org file, will get following message:
```
user-error: No handler in the current buffer for anything on the
clipboard
```

5. try M-x yank-media-types, only get the `primary:STRING`
