Sorry, I haven't realized you don't have a fully operational build
environment for Emacs.  The errors you show mean that your development
environment is broken.

So please forget this.

Maybe someone else could try reverting that change?  Stefan, could you
do that, since you see the regression wrt Emacs 28 on your system?
