Thanks & apologies!  A revised patch is attached, and feedback addressed
below.

Unsyntax was installing scripts invoking "chibi-scheme" instead of an
absolute path, making it a propagated input was a quick-and-dirty
solution.  The latest version patches these properly, so chibi-scheme
doesn't need to be propagated.
