* gnu/packages/machine-learning.scm (lama-cpp): Update to commit a5735e with
  pkf-config support.
  [arguments](configure-flags): add cmake configure flag
  for shared library build.
  (phases) 'install-python-scripts: Remove references to deleted scripts
  and add new ones upsteeam.
