Subject: bug#7120: 23.2.50; Cursor becomes invisible after movement over nonexistent image
Date: Tue, 28 Sep 2010 15:00:28 +0900
Steps to reproduce:

  1. % emacs -Q
  2. (insert-image (create-image "nonexistent.xpm" 'xpm)) C-j
  3. C-p C-p

Result:

  The cursor becomes invisible.

It happens with both 23.2.50 and 24.0.50, but not with 23.2.

I tried reverting the following change, and then the cursor becomes
visible again. So it seems to have something to do with this problem.
