Here is the now updated patch.

Summarizing the changes this patch makes:
 * Add 2 new banners for the installer.
 * Add option to add installation directory to local user `PATH' environment
   variable and option for copy shortcut to desktop.
 * Add finish page to installer that includes a checkbox for run emacs
   after installation (maximized) and a link to GNU website.
 * Installation directory renamed from 'Emacs´ to `GNU Emacs'.
 * Installation files live now inside `GNU Emacs' folder instead
   `Emacs\emacs-${VERSION_BRANCH}\'
 * Shorcuts named `Emacs' renamed with `GNU Emacs'
