I changed the variables they do not seem to make a difference. The page is
still scrolled out of view
(with-current-buffer output-buffer
(setq scroll-margin 30)
(setq scroll-conservatively 30)
(setq scroll-down-aggressively 0.5)
(setq scroll-up-aggressively 0.5)
What would you like me to test for on the window-scroll-hooks?
