After switching away from *mailcap shell* buffer
there is no way to get back to it.
At least I cannot find it in the *Buffer List* buffer.
Would it be possible to keep the *mailcap shell* buffer
around as usual?  This automagical disappearance is
rather inconvenient and surprising.
