Subject: 24.0.50;
	(emacs) Dired Enter: incorrect mention of "numeric" prefix arg
Date: Fri, 3 Sep 2010 17:33:28 -0700
emacs -Q

C-h r

i dired RET

The Info node (`Dired Enter') says this:

"If you use a numeric prefix argument with the `dired' command, you can
specify the `ls' switches with the minibuffer before you enter the
directory specification."

The word "numeric" should be removed: any prefix arg has this effect.
Oddly enough, this doc bug is at least as old as Emacs 20.

In GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2010-08-30 on 3249CTO
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (4.4) --no-opt --cflags
-Ic:/imagesupport/include'
