I see no such string anywhere in Emacs sources.  Could this be due to
some 3rd-party package you are using?  The display is very small, but
seems to come from some Company feature?

It also says “beteen” instead of “between”. 
On the screenshot attached it looks like we see the autocompletion window that autocompletes from the current project you’re working on. 
Which means that “debug_print” function is something defined either in your project or in one of your project’s dependencies. 

I’d suggest you search for the “Denug_prints” or “beteen” in your project and I’m sure you’ll find these typos there.

This doesn't seem like it was a bug in Emacs.

I'm therefore closing this bug report.
