E runs the command gnus-summary-mark-as-expirable (found in
Do h E E E E...

Here we are with a full screen *Article* window.

Sooner or later those E's will get to the final message,

There should be a warning: no more messages.

Currently it just shows the last message *again*

There should at least be a warning.
