There is a single test failure:

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
1 unexpected results:
   FAILED  test-org-publish/base-extension  ((should (let ((func (lambda ... ...))) (equal (org-test-publish nil func '(:publishing-function)) (org-test-publish '(:publishing-function org-html-publish-to-html) func)))) :form (let ((func #'(lambda (dir) (let ... ...)))) (equal (org-test-publish nil func '(:publishing-function)) (org-test-publish '(:publishing-function org-html-publish-to-html) func))) :value nil)
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

Perhaps the above test is flaky.

It seems so, because I restarted the build and it succeeded. I guess we
can close this… for now.
