Subject: Speedbar without function list for code files compatible with Latex
 Expl3 Programming Layer

Wanted to use speedbar to navigate the code compatible with Latex Expl3 Programming Layer (.sty, .cls) and do not get the function name list so that I cam move through the code easily.

Speedbar uses imenu, so I guess some entries like that would be in
order, probably in tex-mode or related modes.

Patches welcome.
