This appears to have broken building u-boot-documentation:

I tried adding python-sphinx-rtd-theme and python-sphinx-prompt, but
unfortunately python-sphinx-prompt does not build.

CCing members of the python team and Maxim Cournoyer who originally
added u-boot-documentation.
