Removed the substitute as it is no more needed.

Moved clap <at> 1.1.7 to a seperate definition.

This vst3sdk is not the original one. It is found in a different
repository than the original one and is suppose to clone as subproject.
So
it does not make sense to package it in a seperate definition.
