* gnu/packages/admin.scm (ansible-core): Update to 2.15.5.
[#:phases]<check>: Enable tests that now pass and choose
the right ansible-test to invoke.
[propagated-inputs]: replace python-resolvelib-0.5 with python-resolvelib.
