Heyo,

during my research of how to submit my previous bug report, I noticed 
the link to the `debbugs` user guide, last sentence in section "22.7.2 
Debbugs User Interfaces" is broken. The reason for it seems to be 
located on line 1526 of `doc/contributing.texi`.
