That's been fixed by Hilton in commit
5c8e8dff607da710ce13a506e2dc42e98ee96737 ("gnu: qtwayland: Fix test."),
dated from yesterday.

You should be able to resolve the problem by running 'guix pull' before
doing your upgrade.
