Subject: rpm2cpio is built without zstd support
Date: Fri, 4 Aug 2023 10:58:24 +0200
[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Package: rpm
Version: 4.18 (guix f4d418a)

When I invoke rpm2cpio on a recent fedora .rpm file (e.g.
coreutils-9.1-12.fc38.x86_64.rpm) it does not produce a cpio compatible
output stream.

Building the rpm package with zstd:lib in the inputs fixes the issue for me.
