Subject: 24.0.50; Frame height is too small for whitespace-toggle-options

After starting Emacs with

  emacs -Q -geometry 80x25 -f whitespace-toggle-options

and typing "?" I get this error

byte-code: Frame height is too small; can't split window to display
  whitespace toggle options

I know that my frame is rather small but it seems to me that many people
run xterms with less than 35 lines.

`whitespace-display-window' is very strict in the number of lines it
wants for its windows. It should offer scrolling if no large enough
window can be created. Also "Frame height is too small" is misleading
since it's the height of the selected window that counts.

Hi Eller,

The whitespace.el version 13.1 fix this problem.

Version 13.1 is installed in Emacs bzr and EmacsWiki.

Thanks for your report,

Vinicius
