Unfortunately, our email policies won't let me attach the script, even zipped, so here it is in open text:
setlocal
set path=%emacs_home%
start "Emacs" %EMACS_START% %*
endlocal
I added the "set path=%emacs_home%"
%emacs_start% already existed. This is my preferred emacs command line and options. In Windows you have to set up something like this to manage configurations for starting emacs from in multiple ways (various menus, &c.), otherwise updates are a whole lot of manual registry updates.

Which script is that? Can you show that script and tell how are you using it?
