Start emacs with `emacs -Q`.

Enable pixel-scroll-precision-mode with `M-x
pixel-scroll-precision-mode`.

Write and evaluate `(setq isearch-allow-scroll 'unlimited)`.

Use C-s or C-r. Scroll.
