Native libuuid-devel on CentOS 7 is v. 2.23.2

Native libuuid-devel on Alma 8 is v. 2.32.1

The latter defines UUID_STR_LEN in /usr/include/uuid/uuid.h,
the former does not, so parted.c fails to build on CentOS 7.

Cheers.

Those releases use older versions of parted, so the current release
isn't expected to build on them.
