"Detail" does sound relevant. But it depends on what info the servers
actually provide in it.

Not exactly: the backend interface doesn't differentiate between a not
implemented action and action returning nil. Not for 'meta' anyway.

Yeah, that should be the most conservative solution. Maybe I'll start
with it.
