Hi!

The sed 4.9 distribution includes a stub man page.  Building the real
man page needs perl.

Building perl needs sed.

If you're bootstrapping, you'll end up with the stub man page for sed,
or have to re-install sed after you built perl.

Can you please include the generated man page for sed in the
distribution to avoid the perl dependency?

I think the extra bytes in the distribution file are well spent on not
needing to generate the man page during the build.
