Using ‘emacs-svg-tag-mode’ from Guix on 21-Mar-2023 fails due to the
Emacs library ‘svg-lib’ not being found, which is required on line 115
of svg-tag-mode.el.

This library is not only missing from the inputs for
‘emacs-svg-tag-mode’, but isn't even packaged for Guix.
