Message #5 received at submit <at> emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com (full text, mbox):
Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers
usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.
Your bug report will be posted to the emacs-pretest-bug <at> gnu.org mailing list.
Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
With the latest emacs-snapshot below, this customization (customize
interface extract):
'(initial-frame-alist (quote ((top . 0) (left . 0) (width . 125) (height . 51) (tool-bar-lines . 1) (menu-bar-lines . 1) (scroll-bar-width . 15) (font . "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono-15"))))
no longer works (used to since Xft introduction); the 'font' statement
is now ignored, and the initial-frame starts with whatever is in
default-frame-alist.
If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
`bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
If you would like to further debug the crash, please read the file
/usr/share/emacs/23.0.60/etc/DEBUG for instructions.

I can't reproduce this with latest Emacs CVS. Do you still experience
the problem?

Message #17 received at 623-done <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
This report is being closed because it relates to what is now an old
pretest of Emacs 23.1, and the problem could not be reproduced.
If you still see the problem with the latest release, 23.3, please reply
with as much detail as you can and the report can be re-opened.
