This command fails with guix 6a1464b:

guix pack -RR --target=aarch64-linux-gnu -S /bin=bin btrfs-progs
hint: Consider installing the `glibc-locales' package and defining
`GUIX_LOCPATH', along these lines:

    guix install glibc-locales
    export GUIX_LOCPATH="$HOME/.guix-profile/lib/locale"
