Evince used to be able to open cbz files but isn't anymore.
It still has the MIME type association registered and AFAIK upstream has
not removed support, so this is likely a packaging issue.

I've been meaning to investigate it but hasn't gotten around to it for
months, so I'm making this issue so that it's documented at least.
