* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Replace 'polkit-service' with 'polkit-service-type'.
* gnu/services/dbus.scm (polkit-service): Deprecate procedure.
* gnu/tests/docker.scm (%docker-os): Use polkit-service-type.
* gnu/tests/virtualization.scm (%libvirt-os): Ditto.
