Interestingly, this older icecat in my store, at version 102.7.0 didn't
have that problem:

cat /gnu/store/8x8pqbdykw9wpkc2ankxg6ccnqv82ca2-icecat-102.7.0-guix0-preview1/\
 share/applications/icecat.desktop
