 of a stop-sign

[[[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider ]]]
[[[ whether defending the US Constitution against all enemies, ]]]
[[[ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. ]]]

On terminals which can't display these emojis, please arrange for
Emacs to flag these messages using ASCII characters. Perhaps
set up customization of the way to display them.
