Hi bug-team,

There's a small error in the date man page. If you search for `%F`
you'll notice the date is summarized as so:

%F     full date; like %+4Y-%m-%d

The example shows the `%` sign before the `+`.

This was intentional. '+' is a flag in this context as per:
