Subject: Add multisession.el to ELPA?

The new multisession.el will be useful to many external packages, but it
will take years before one can assume everyone is on Emacs ≥ 29.  Would
it be possible to add multisession to ELPA, even if only with the
"files" backend?

I think it's a good idea.  Patches welcome.
