Minimal config:

(add-to-list 'load-path "~/.emacs.d/straight/repos/hyperbole/")
(require 'hyperbole)

1. emacs -Q -l minimal.el
2. Go to the beginning of *scratch* buffer
3. M-x action-key <RET>
4. Observe "and: Invalid regexp: "Unmatched ) or \\)""
