When I mark the frame (X window) with "Send to desktop -> All desktops"
in Openbox, then I see

  _NET_WM_DESKTOP(CARDINAL) = 4294967295

instead of

  _NET_WM_DESKTOP(CARDINAL) = 0

- just in case this is also relevant.
