Hi,

On Emacs 29 (adaa2fc90e) MacOS build:

(string-collate-lessp "a" "B" "C" t)  ; => nil

On Linux:

(string-collate-lessp "a" "B" "C" t) ; => t

The return value on MacOS is unexpected.
