[PATCH] doc: Refer to the pt_BR translation.

Since the pt_BR manual is shipped with Guix and we get
to keep it as long as it’s translated more than 5%, it
should also be mentioned.  This patch is copied from Ludo's
f6beefafd195e7034a46456d3b4da529c584f055.

Applied!  Will add it to ‘doc/build.scm’ as well, then.

We should probably make that a bullet list to make translation easier
when adding new items.  WDYT?

(That might have been my job, but I wasn’t confident yet, particularly
if it would entail changes to maintenance.git.  Apparently no.)

IMHO no, not yet, because a bullet list takes up more space.
