Subject: bug#58988: How Can I restore a file inside /gnu/store/ ?

I think I tracked the problem but I still dont know how to fix this, the 
file used just before the exceptions being triggered which is 
'buid-self.scm' just have a bunch of 0's, I need to fix this file but 
/gnu/store/ is read only, How can I restore this file?
