No, I don't think it does.

"If non-nil, mouse yank commands yank at point instead of at click."

But in `term-mouse-paste' (which is only for char mode), we're neither
yanking at point or click, but instead sending input to the inferior
process, so I believe `mouse-yank-at-point' is irrelevant here.
